Our current rates are:
May 1 - Dec 15 $1,700 weekly
Dec 16- April 31 $ 2,500 weekly
Christmas Dec 19 - Jan 2 $3000 weekly
Crop Over Festival July 28 - Aug 8 $2,500 weekly$250 refundable damage deposit.
Half of total rental fee is due 60 days before arrival with the remainder due 30 days before commencement of rental.

Once you have chosen your dates, please email your request to us using the form below.
By entering the last four digits of your credit card, you will be verifying your commitment to rent the Blue Bayou Villa for the dates you have selected at the rates quoted above and acknowledging that you have read and agree to our Rental Rules and Regulations . You will then be taken to a form that you can use to submit a refundable damage deposit to secure your stay with us.
If you are booking more than six months prior to your stay with us, you may mail a check, money order or bank check to the address below.
Once your deposit has been received, we will forward to you a rental agreement by email. Please print and sign this agreement.
You may then scan the signed agreement and email it to us.
