Our villa is currently being rented at the rates listed below.

Rates Year Round
Weekly: $2800 USD
Nightly: $400 USD
Deposit: $300 USD

The minimum stay is 3 nights.

Additional information about rental rates

• Christmas and New Year rented only as a 5 bedroom villa.
• Any period that includes Christmas and/or New Years day $500 nightly; Seven days mimimum.
• Four guests or less using 1 – 2 bedrooms, please write for rate quote. This offer not available for peak rental periods.
• Long term rentals, please call for rate quote.
• Refundable damage/security deposit due with rental agreement $300 USD.
